FINAL FANTASY X HD Staff Hope for a Timely Release By Erren Van Duine on January 24, 2012 at 10:17 PM

Pretty much non-news, I know.

In the same article that gave us FFXIII-2 Lightning DLC news, there was a small bit about the upcoming FFX HD version.

Basically, they say it’ll take a little longer before we see the first screenshots of the game. That being said, the staff hopes to release the game within a (hopefully) short amount of time.

The extent of what the FINAL FANTASY X HD “remake” is, is yet to be revealed. Is it a HD remaster? Or a full remake? Only time will tell…

    Hopefully short amount of time like FFXIII-2 short amount of time, or even faster! This is by far the most interesting thing square has done for many many years. I just need one screen shot…anything!

    Sigh… it’s been almost a year since this was posted, and nothing. No trailer. No release date. Not even a single screen shot. The only things we get are: “please be patient”, “just a little longer”, “information coming soon!”. How depressing….
