Square Enix celebrating Final Fantasy’s 25th anniversary in Japan with a themed art gallery By Erren Van Duine on June 15, 2012 at 1:42 AM

Starting from August 31st Square Enix will be hosting an exclusive Final Fantasy 25th anniversary art exhibit in Shibuya, Japan.

Similar to the event held in 2007 for Final Fantasy VII’s 10 year anniversary, you can expect to see development materials, artwork from Yoshitaka Amano, stage events and even exclusive items that won’t be found any place else.

The event runs from August 31st to September 2nd (coincidentally the same time period that the FFVII event was held through). The first day is exclusive to the press while the other two will be open to the public. Additional details will be announced in the future, but in the meantime you can check back at the official site for further information.

Is this the event where they will re-launch FF14 ? If so, do you think they will reveal information about other FF titles ?

I don’t think any announcements will be made here.

I keep getting an error too. It’s actually been going on since before E3.

Anyway, the FFXIV 2.0 trailer will probably premiere at gamescon, or TGS. I think the website should be launching really soon though.
