Final Fantasy Agito demoed at Tokyo Game Show By Erren Van Duine on September 21, 2013 at 2:46 AM

Hajime Tabata took the stage today at TGS to show off a demonstration of newly announced Final Fantasy Agito. The upcoming mobile title is an alternate take on the world of the original Final Fantasy Type-0 and according to Tabata is meant to represent his vision of the original Agito XIII that was meant for feature phones.

Tabata is no stranger to pranks either. Much like his take on Tokimeki Final Fantasy, he showed off a fake Final Fantasy X cross-over, featuring Tidus in a Suzaku uniform as well as Nine sporting blitzball wear.

The game is due out for iOS and Android next year, with the possibility of localization and maybe a PS Vita version further down the line.

Looks really smooth for a mobile game. I just wonder how long a play-through will be.

While I’d prefer Type 0 proper (which he said hopefullyll see release), I’ll get this anyway since its free to play. Wanna hear class 0’s English voices SO bad.

I think they should make an anime adaption of type 0
