Theatrhythm Final Fantasy Curtain Call dated for Japan, special edition 3DS LL announced

Theatrhythm Final Fantasy Curtain Call – the 3DS followup to the original – now has a date in Japan. Announced today, the game will be launching domestically on April 24th and will be available in several flavors.

The standard edition of the game will be available for ¥5,800 + tax with a download version set for a cheaper price of ¥4,444 + tax through Nintendo’s eShop services. Additionally Square Enix and Nintendo will be offering up a limited edition 3DS LL (XL) bundle that will include custom hardware based on the game, as well as a digital copy of it loaded on an SD card for a total cost of ¥23,000 + tax.

A western date for TRFF Curtain Call has yet to be announced, but if a recent European trademark is anything to go by we may find a localization sooner rather than later.
