Final Fantasy XIV’s next expected patch update will be hitting this Thursday, June 5th, Square Enix has announced today. Revealed over on the official forums, the game will be taken down for maintenance starting from 12AM to 5AM PDT that day, with completion time subject to change.

The patch is expected to come with a variety of quality of live improvements, including the continuation of the Zodiac weapon saga, new challenge log objectives, PvP adjustments, Duty Finder access to both The Whorleater and Thornmarch Extreme, as well as various other menu and functionality changes.
