Those looking to get back into Final Fantasy XIV after some time off have their chance to check out some of the game’s new content this weekend. As part of a free log-in weekend, Square Enix is allowing those with inactive service accounts to return to the game through Monday, July 21st at 12:00AM PDT.

Since the release of Patch 2.3 “Defenders of Eorzea” the development team has added a load of new content for fans to explore. New additions include the primal challenge with Ramuh, Frontlines PvP, new main scenario content and side quests and more quality of life changes including Chocobo raising and private estate rooms. Square Enix is always adding more to Final Fantasy XIV so if you’ve taken a break now’s a good time as any to jump back in to the world of Eorzea.
