Final Fantasy XIV Patch 2.35 dropping "the week after next"

The next wave of content scheduled to release for Final Fantasy XIV will be arriving later this month, according to Community Representatives at Square Enix.

Slated for “the week after next,” Patch 2.35 is rumored to include a variety of game additions and adjustments including PvP balancing, new beastmen daily quests, and possible advancements to the recently added chocobo raising component. Square Enix has yet to share full details on the patch, but are expected to do so in the run up to Gamescom which will play host to the game once again this year, including playable Ramuh, Frontlines and Gilgamesh Battle Challenges.

Following Patch 2.35, Square Enix intends to add even more quality of life features including personal housing in 2.38. The next major patch is currently expected some time in October or so.
