Fans have been clamoring for the ability to change their handle in Final Fantasy XIV for a long time. Today, Square Enix has made the dream a reality with the introduction of name change services to Mog Station. For $10 – similar to the cost of changing one’s character appearance – players can purchase a one-time use character name change for their desired character.

By clicking on Additional Services you’ll be brought through a screen that will walk you through the name change process. After selecting a character (should you have more than one) and making payment, then the option to rename your character will become available the next time you log into Final Fantasy XIV. Should you want to do this for multiple characters, a fee will be assessed for each one so choose wisely!
