Hajime Tabata was interviewed by Dengeki Playstation where he gave an update on the development of the Final Fantasy XV demo. Tabata said that episode Duscae is doing well in it’s final stage and is approximately 80% complete. After seeing fans reactions of the trailer and footage they showed at TGS 2014, the team decided how the demo version will be broken down. Optimizing the demo is all there’s left to do.
“Nevertheless, optimization is actually a fairly troublesome thing to do,” said Tabata.

Final Fantasy XV’s demo – Episode Duscae is planned to release sometime in 2015 exclusively with the day one edition of Final Fantasy Type-0 HD and is apparently going to be limited.
