Final Fantasy XIV: Vote for the next European Fan Festival location

Since today Square Enix lets European Final Fantasy XIV players vote for the next Fan Festival location. The last one took place in London on 25th October 2014, where Square Enix unveiled Heavensward.

At Gamescom 2015, Naoki Yoshida told Nova Crystallis that he already started his work on the second expansion. The development team started with the conception of Heavensward’s opening scene a year and a half before the release.

We concluded from his statement that the next expansion could take about the same time from now, giving us a possible release window in winter 2016. The next Final Fantasy XIV Fan Festival could theoretically happen in spring/summer 2016 then.

Square Enix’ current poll asks you to choose between France, Germany and UK as potential locations.

In your point of view, where should the event take place in Europe and what is your number one reason to attend the Final Fantasy XIV Fan Festival? Write it in the comments below.
