You’ve got less than 48h to kill Hitman’s first Elusive Target By André Mackowiak on May 14, 2016 at 9:22 AM

The first Elusive Target has been introduced to Hitman this week and time is ticking. You got less than 48 hours to eliminate Sergei Larin, aka The Forger.

This character can be killed until Sunday, May 15th 18:00 CEST/ 09:00 PDT.

Elusive Targets are the new unique feature in Hitman, who can only be terminated in a single attempt and for a limited time. There are no save games or possibilities for a retry. If you die, fail to hit in the right moment or if the target escapes, it is gone forever.

The only clue for targets like Larin is the briefing video since they are not shown on the ingame map or detectable via Instinct Mode. You have to trace the Elusive Targets on your own.

For successfully completing the first 5 Elusive Target missions, players will be rewarded with the signature suit from Hitman: Absolution. Completing the first 10 missions will grant you access to the suit from Blood Money. Future rewards will include versions of both suits with gloves.

The IOI studio also added two new Escalation Contracts. The first one is called The Kotti Paradigm and is based on a user-created contract in Paris. The second one, called The Scarlatti Covenant, features a priest disguise and explosives in Sapienza.

How cool, but at the same time sounds frustrating. These type of games take me multiple tries, lol.

Well they will do those multiple times and the game is build in a way that encourages you to replay levels so you know what to do where. But I agree, this whole idea is cool.
