Kingsglaive: Final Fantasy XV Japanese voice cast revealed, new footage

Square Enix has revealed a partial Japanese cast alongside new footage for the upcoming Kingsglaive: Final Fantasy XV companion film due out in theaters July 9.

Gou Ayano will be providing the voice for Nyx Ulric, the protagonist of Kingsglaive, alongside Shiori Kutsuna as Lunafreya Nox Fleuret. Square Enix also revealed Tsutomu Isobe as King Regis Lucis Caelum and Kouichi Yamadera as Drautos, the commander of the Kingsglaive.

Other cast members include Mitsuaki Kanuka as Libertus Ostium, Tomokazu Seki as Luche Lazarus and Ayumi Fujimura as Crowe Altius.

Unlike previous CG works, Kingsglaive will be lip synced to the English voice cast. Revealed previously, Nyx is voiced by Aaron Paul and Lunafreya by Lena Headey along with Sean Bean as King Regis.

Kingsglaive: Final Fantasy XV will launch in theaters in Japan on July 9. A Western release is scheduled on both blu-ray and streaming services at a later date.
