Via the official Kingdom Hearts twitter, we get word this morning that Kingdom Hearts Unchained X has been announced for European shores. While no specific release date has been shared, more details will be coming soon.

Kingdom Hearts Unchained X is out in North America, and just recently surpassed two million downloads. Set before all the other games in the series, the freemium smartphone title delves into the mysteries of the Keyblade War. Custcenes from the game will also be featured in Kingdom Hearts Χ Back Cover, one part of the Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue collection. You can watch the brand-spanking-new E3 trailer over this way.

Kingdom Hearts Unchained X is now available in Japan and North America for iOS and Android platforms.
