Final Fantasy XIV‘s long-awaited Patch 3.4 is set to drop on September 27, producer/director Naoki Yoshida revealed during the latest Letter from the Producer Live. In addition to the final tier of Alexander (Alexander: The Creator), players can expect the continuation of the main scenario focusing on the mysterious Warrior of Darkness.

Patch 3.4 also sees the return of the scholasticate quests, Anima weapon quests, and further Hildibrand adventures. Other content includes a new trial (Sophia the Goddess), new dungeons, PvP updates including dueling and more.
