Final Fantasy XV‘s first round of downloadable content has been announced and focuses on three separate episodes featuring Noctis’ friends – Ignis, Prompto and Gladiolus. Each of these episodes will be unique, offering up different play styles, locations and scenarios away from the main game. There’s even an online co-op mode coming. But what about female characters? Will we ever get to play as Luna or one of the other gals in the game?
The answer to that question for now is a resounding: maybe.
Speaking in an interview with JeuxVideo, DLC producer Haruyoshi Sawatari noted there’s clearly a demand for something like this and for now they’ll look into it.
Final Fantasy XV is due out on November 29 for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. For more information on the game’s DLC and Season Pass plans, head here.
