Square Enix has revealed a short gameplay teaser for Star Ocean: anamnesis detailing the game’s battle system in action for the first time. The smartphone game features a number of characters from the Star Ocean series and is due out in Japan this year.

Square Enix will be holding a special live stream on November 19 to share even more on the project.
