Final Fantasy XV Spring 2017 updates detailed in new trailer

Square Enix has released a new trailer offering a sneak peak at some of the downloadable content headed to Final Fantasy XV this Spring. In addition to the recent Moogle Chocobo Carnival fans can grab the “Booster Pack” on February 21, Episode Gladiolus on March 28 and Episode Prompto sometime in June.

The Booster Pack DLC will be available in two flavors: a free version and a Booster Pack+. The free version includes an invincible Magitek Exosuit for Noctis and friends while the Booster Pack+ adds on to that with an additional weapon, fishing rod and reel. The free version has been postponed to a later date to accommodate design changes.

Further contents planned for February 21 include PS4 Pro support at 1080p and 60fps, limited time quests, the level cap raised to 120, photo capacity increased to 200 and the ability to use the music player while riding a chocobo. On March 28, Square Enix will also introduce adjustments to Chapter 13.
