Dragon Quest "Loto Edition" PlayStation 4 hardware announced for Japan By Erren Van Duine on April 28, 2017 at 12:11 PM

Square Enix and Sony Interactive Entertainment Japan Asia are teaming up for another Dragon Quest-themed hardware bundle. This time the slim model PlayStation 4 is getting decked out in special “Loto Edition” colors and will launch along with Dragon Quest XI: In Search of Departed Time in Japan on July 29.

The bundle itself will run 39,980 yen (plus tax) and features the following:

  • Original design PlayStation 4 hardware (1TB HDD)
  • Original design DualShock 4 wireless controller
  • Blu-ray disc version of Dragon Quest XI: In Search of Departed Time for PlayStation 4 (Includes download code for early purchase bonuses “Vest of Happiness” and “Upstart Vest”)
  • “Liquid Metal Slime” gold USB cover figure
  • PlayStation 4 original theme download code
  • Mono headset
  • Power cable
  • HDMI cable
  • USB cable
  • Printed materials

Additionally, Sony Japan has uploaded a promotional video to celebrate the announcement, with pre-orders set to open on April 29. Catch the video below.
