Bruh, it’s Dragon Quest. There’s a reason why the Japanese go insane with each major release more than any Final Fantasy game.

  • I know but FF used to be considered great too. Now with most people its a joke. When is Square gonna bounce back to be a respected developer?

  • Is the theme on Japan psn?

  • Randy Marsh

FF is still considered great in Japan, bar the occasional whiners you find on message boards. However, Dragon Quest has always had higher precedence in Japan due to it being Japan’s first real JRPG series that became mainstream.

  • I’m gonna get into DQ with 11 since Heroes wasn’t fun for me. I really want them to remake 4 so i can play Terry’s story.
FF will bounce back one day but i bet they won’t be till after FF7 is remade and they do 16.

FF is still considered great (especially in Japan). The newer entries can’t delete the accomplishments of the older ones just like that.

  • True.
