Final Fantasy XV’s very own Noctis Lucis Caelum will be making his way to Tekken 7 as a playable DLC character on March 20, Bandai Namco has announced.

From Bandai Namco, here’s the overview for the “Noctis Lucis Caelum Pack”:

In Tekken 7 – DLC3: Noctis Lucis Caleum Pack, players will be able to experience a new level of combat as they warp around the enemy while invoking Armiger, the power of kings! This pack includes Noctis Lucis Caelum as a playable character, the exclusive stage “Hammerhead,” as well as the BGM “Stand Your Ground / Final Fantasy XV,” the BGM “Apocalpysis Noctis Remix / Tekken 7,” and five Noctis costumes! Noctis Lucis Caelum is also playable in DLC1’s “Ultimate Tekken Bowl.”

Tekken 7 is available now for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.

The new item of clothing is called Fighter King’s Raiment.
It looks sick, and can only hope for it in post-Royal Edition FFXV, or atleast modded in.
    …Episode Ardyn news, now!

  • Hooded one looks better than his father’s clothes. Always hated that random gold plate on the knee. Why do they make everything asemetrical?

  • •december

Final Fantasies have always had asymmetrical clothing designs its actually a favourable attribute and quite iconic.

The gold plate I believe was to help with King Regis walking, Noctis also was in a wheelchair at young age due to a childhood injury; also to note Ardyn has the ‘wing of Eos’ cane in Kingsglaive, I’m pretty sure its Lucis Caelum/Rulers of Yore thing for why they have bad knees/legs

  • The title for the song apocalypse Noctis … what do they mean by it. Noctis having an internal struggle? Or that he is a one man army against evil?

  • •december

    Apocalypsis* not Apocalypse.
    Its Latin/Ancient Greek for revelation.

  • That underwhelming

  • I like FF but I don’t like that. I’m not someone who hates belts and straps in Nomura art either. Just don’t like Noct papas clothes.

  • ShiruXIII

His moveset is more interesting here than in Dissidia NT lol.

  • And sometimes it’s just better to have a one on one battle.

  • I hope no one writes him off just just being OP.

  • •december

    not surprising Shiru

  • One Eco

And the funniest thing about this is that, supposedly, this moveset is based on Dissidia NT’s

and Noctis’ latest Armiger Unleashed looks like its straight out of a fighting game, especially with the button smashing combos
