    Lame

  • Zero_mask

there you go no kingdom hearts 3 in sight.

  • They’re saving it for E3. As much as I love Pax East cause its smack dead in my city, the most we ever got I think was something for KH2.5 or 1.5 as far as KH goes

  • Zero_mask

they better make promotional material as of now.. they need to showcase this game.. this is the promise year.

  • Krijn van Alten

    Boring.

  • very

  • Why do they always ignore what fans actually want to hear about?

  • Randy Marsh

Because PAX events almost always only cover games that are always finished or close to localization completion. They’re not really developer conferences, everyone knows that. It is usually a place where people can meet to play games or have the rare chance to meet some of team behind the games.

Google paying all people 98 dollars hourly… additionally, with all around requested reliably paychecks … Anyone can do this specific job!!this Sunday I bought a great new Fiat Panda after I been earnin $14625 this four weeks .without any doubt it is the coolest job however you won’t forgive yourself if you don’t look it.!fe051t:➱➱➱ http://GoogleCubeFreeWorkFromHomeJobs/get/cash/98$/hr ★★a★★b★★★c★★t★★★e★★p★★★r★★e★★e★★g★l★★★a★★q★l★★★w★★v★★★i★s★x★★p★★m★y★★z★l★★d:::!kx042l:xkhygq

  • But Nier has been out for years. Why still show stuff on that?

  • Randy Marsh

Nier: Autonata has only been out for a year exactly,.Considering it is currently one of Square’s most popular titles currently, it should not come as a surprise that they’re still putting it at events. As an average convention attendee, I could not tell you how many 2-Bs I have been seeing/taken pictures of in the last year…

Yes, even the same goes for FFXV.

  • Maybe if I kill myself and leave behind a letter letting them how much I didn’t love that game, maybe they’ll make a good FF again that big on story and not psycho sexual.

  • Randy Marsh

Well considering what is good or bad to people is very subjective and varies from people to people. As the saying goes; one man’s trash, is another man’s treasure.

I mean, If you did do something that extreme and you left a letter to them, Square-Enix would no doubt….send a letter to your family expressing their condolences, telling them they would think about it when making their next game, and not to forget to reserve Final Fantasy VII on PS5 coming in 2020.

You see where I am getting at right?

  • So basically Square would repeat some PR corporate bullshit and continue their new status quo of shit tier games that are short or lacking in story or a pokemon rip off? SMH
These days other than replay FF7 and 9 as digital downloads, all I do is play other games not made by Square. Like God Eater series, MH, Ys series, and even kiddy-ass Level 5 games. The only game that looks like it’ll be a home run for Square is KH3. Because we all know FF7’s remake is just a remake. Even if it’s good, it’s the same story. I’ll love it most likely, but I want NEW STORIES!

  • Ulises

    Meh…

  • Randy Marsh

In the words of my raid group’s MCH in FFXIV “Well…that is like…your opinion?” As a company SE itself is doing fine, while they have made questionable choices recently with things such as handling of FFXV or their recent development cycles, they are still producing quality titles, an great example is World of FF, FFXIV, DQ11, etc.

However if the quality of these titles do not meet your standards, that is purely your opinion. There are many who enjoy their recent titles, despite their flaws and what the vocal minority think. Then again, this has always been a thing ever since their glory days…I can still remember the angry cries of accused sacrilege when FFMQ, FFVI, Secret of Evermore, FFVII, FFVIII, FFX, FFXI, FFX-2, and FFXII came out. Ah, not much has changed….

Anyways, if you’re growing tired of their recent habits and are playing other games, just try to make the habit of not paying attention to ever little bitty thing they’re doing. Trust me, you’ll be saving yourself from the rising blood pressure from the typing all the angry comments about how they’re screwing up or failing to meet your standards. In the words of old Randy Marsh from 2013 “No one is making you be a widow at a dock”. Believe me this helps a lot…it’s what soothed my rage towards Namco and their god awful Tales cycle back in the day….

  • Kyle

I know it’s been a dry week, but maybe a new story from Nova Crystallis?

  • The problem is, I feel this way about almost all games. If I like the battle systems, then the story suck, if I like the story then the battle system sucks. There’s never any games that fit what I like anymore. I try buying less games and doing something else, but I don’t want to stop playing RPGs. I just want more RPGs to be the kind I’d want to pay for.

Look at Ni no Kuni 2. Great game. Great gameplay with the exploration and battle. But the story is childishly simple and the battles are hyper easy. Look at dotHack GU, cool lead, but the rest of the cast annoys the shit out of me and the battles are nothing but tapping X or square until you get to the later games. You see my point?

I’m into stuff like Xenogears or Xenosaga. But also stuff like KH games. I like a mix of dark serious themes and mature story, but in a bright vibrant colorful world. Like God Eater games. Like some of the recent YS and Legend of Heroes games (though the school shit is ruining that).

When you’re 32 years old, moved out, hopping from one shit-job to another, you can’t afford to wait 5 years for a game, pay $60 to 70 and then be pissed off at a game for 40 plus hours. That’s why I’m mad. I’m not trying to take this out on yall, I’m just mad that no matter how long wait, 80% of games I get I can’t stand after the first 5 hours. I research games to make sure they are what I like. But I don’t want to run into spoilers. So I still get fooled. Like with SAO Fatal Bullet.

I thought SAO FB was gonna capture the tension and suspense of the original SAO series when it was just dark secrets in a game and trying to survive. After all the Gun Gale arc was suppose to be the “darkest”. But Fatal Bullet (before I quit playing it and sold it) was nothing but 15 hours of NPCs whining that a character was cute and telling you to protect her over and over. The game boiled down to fun battles and nothing else but fluffy drivel. SMH Wasted money.

Now I’m swearing off all games until DQ11 or KH3. That’s it. I have to move again, and I’m just not putting up with shitty games. Other than MH World, Ys8, the two TR reboots, and Persona 5 I have had lots of lots of buyer’s remorse despite my researching for good games.
