Shadow of the Tomb Raider gets new launch trailer, key art and screenshots By Raptorchan on September 10, 2018 at 8:50 PM

In celebration for it’s official upcoming release this Friday, Shadow of the Tomb Raider has received a new launch trailer and a couple of new screenshots, highlighting some of the game’s story and rather lovely visuals respectively.

While the screenshots above showcase some of the vastness of the tombs and jungles Lara will be able to explore, the movie-esque trailer delves into a bit more detail of the overall story: Lara herself unintentionally unleashes a Maya Apocalypse, and must race through closed-in passageways and narrowly escape crumbling structures in search of a way to stop it.

You can view the trailer below.

Shadow of the Tomb Raider is scheduled for release on September 14, 2018 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Steam. Pre-ordered copies get a two-day early access.

she lost her appeal a long time ago

  • Exactly. Now she’s just a generic lady in a uncharted rip off. I like the game play but I want her to get cocky and talk trash. She’s too subdued and humble. At least make her mouth off more at villains.
