A new 13 minute video detailing the ins and outs of Eorzea has surfaced online, said to be a “shop promotion” video that is being used across stores in Japan to show off the game.

The voice over is entirely in Japanese, but fans can take a look at the world of Final Fantasy XIV – including character creation, CG cutscenes, the game’s battle system and its lovely music. With the full version of the game set to launch in just a few short weeks, it’s a convenient primer for anyone wanting to see what this rebuilt MMO is all about before the final phase of beta testing begins this weekend.
