Bravely Default: For the Sequel TGS 2013 trailer shows off the game’s improvements By Erren Van Duine on September 24, 2013 at 9:37 AM

Square Enix has finally released the TGS trailer for Bravely Default: For the Sequel in direct feed.

While not actually a sequel, this game builds on the original release offering up over 100 improvements – including enhanced graphics, an updated interface, additional save slots, dual language, and even more events. For western fans, the North American and European versions of the game will be based on “For the Sequel.”

Bravely Default: For the Sequel launches in Japan for 3DS on December 5, 2013.

This along with KHDDD are my reason for keeping my 3DS!

    This is such a cool game.Too bad I amnot getting a 3DS.

  • Ehren Rivers

I am apparently getting both a 3DS and a PSP sometime in the next month as late birthday presents. I’ll be saving up for Bravely Default and the Theatrythm sequel~!

  • Stealth

this is the game every rpg gamer should play

  • Anime10121

Good deal! Theatrythm’s a blast (just not something I really keep in my 3DS), make sure you also pick up Crisis Core, Birth by Sleep, and Trails in the Sky First Chapter (and soon the Second Chapter) for PSP 😛

Enjoy them, as they are both awesome handhelds! I’d buy more for them if my eyes could handle the tiny screens (well at least in the case of my 3DS, my PSP can play games on a TV at full screen)…

  • Ehren Rivers

I’ve already had a PSP so I have most of my games for that already. I thought the ‘Trails in the Sky’ games were Japanese only, though?

I’ve already played and beaten KH DDD, but my new roomie has a copy so I will almost certainly replay it. I’m also particularly excited for Pokemon X and Y, Rune Factory 4, etc.

The first Trails in the Sky for PSP made it over a few years back! Its an EXCELLENT game and its relatively cheap too. The second just got announced for next year in the west THANK GOD! But I cant type enough recommendations to try those games out, so PLEASE do your self a favor and get/support them. They’re LONG games and FC starts off kinda slow, but its a fantastic experience only marred by the fact that its left on a cliffhanger (that for years, many of us thought we’d never actually get to finish)!

But yeah, DDD’s awesome, and I’m getting Pokemon X, not too big on the Rune Factory/Harvest Moon titles tho…

  • Ehren Rivers

Awesome, I’ll pick it up from the local used games store. 🙂

Heh, I like Rune Factory because it’s more ARPJ than the Harvest Moon games are. Apparently in the upcoming game, once you get married and have a kid you can take the child and your husband/wife into dungeons as an adventuring party. Pretty cute. :3

Getting the crap out of Pokemon X, for sure. Maybe I’ll get Y too, after I move and get a good job.

Does sound nice, maybe I’ll give one a try when it get’s down to my 20 (for i’m not sure games) price range. Cuz I do <3 me some ARPG's!

Not really a big enough Poke fan to get both (havent done that since Gold and Silver), but B/W DEFINITELY brought me back into the Pokefold, so hopefully X can keep me here 😀
