Final Fantasy XIV Fan Festival heading to Las Vegas, London and Tokyo this year

Final Fantasy XIV will be seeing its own flavor of fan-centered festival later this year, Square Enix has revealed. While the existence of the festival itself isn’t exactly new, today at NicoNico Chokaigi producer/director Naoki Yoshida announced a set of places and general timeline the world tour is to take place.

Starting in October both Las Vegas, Nevada and London, England will play host on the Western side of things. Later on in November, Japanese fans will be able to gather in Tokyo for their own event. Further details remain under wraps for now but the team promises more information in the near future. In the meantime, Yoshida will be making appearances at other events throughout the year including E3, Japan Expo in France, Gamescom in Germany and Tokyo Game Show with continuing updates on what is now a highly successful MMO.
