Final Fantasy XIV’s next in-between patch will arrive next week, Square Enix revealed today. Per a post on the Lodestone, players can expect a little bit of server downtime as the team readies for the arrival of several new features including personal housing and the next step in the Zodiac Weapon quest line. Maintenance is scheduled to take place from Sep. 15, 2014 8:00 p.m. to Sep. 16, 2014 4:00 a.m. (PDT).

Square Enix will also be making adjustments to some existing gear during this time. Ramuh’s Judgment rings, for example, will increase their item level from 100 to 110, making them some of the best items in the game ahead of Patch 2.4’s launch some time next month. More on Patch 2.4 is expected to be shared at Tokyo Game Show next week.
