For many fans, the Regalia car getting airborne was the real highlight of the Uncovered trailer.

Before the Uncovered Final Fantasy XV event, Tabata teased that the team has finally decided in which form airships will be present in the game.

In an interview with Japanese gaming website Game Watch, Tabata now mentioned that the Regalia will be the only aircraft, which can be controlled by the player.

To fly with the Regalia seemed like a natural thing for him, since the characters travel so much with it. Tabata won’t completely rule out any other player-controlled aircrafts in the future, but has no current plans for it.
