Would you buy a NieR-themed game console? That’s the question posed by the official NieR Twitter account today – asking fans in a hypothetical sense “if there was a NieR-style game console, would you want it?”

The poll, which is currently live as of this posting, has several options for users to pick from: Buy, Would buy 2, I would buy one and a Pro, and I wouldn’t buy. Though they don’t mention the console directly, it’s clear they’re referring to the PS4 and PS4 Pro as that’s what NieR: Automata will be releasing on.

Following this Tweet, director Yoko Taro had to respond. He said: “If there is a NieR-style game console, how about a “Summer Snow” model with salt tightly packed in the crevices of the controller buttons? Eh? Let’s game? It can’t be done of course. Because it’s filled with salt. The motherboard and the wiring will rust.”

NieR: Automata is due out for PlayStation 4 on February 23, 2017 in Japan. Square Enix has yet to announce a Western release date.
