Sora from Kingdom Hearts joins World of Final Fantasy By Erren Van Duine on October 27, 2016 at 10:35 AM

Kingdom Hearts‘ own Sora is set to join the colorful cast of World of Final Fantasy, Square Enix revealed today. Available as a free download this Winter, Sora will be available for download for a limited time only, appearing in his Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance HD outfit. Further information on how to obtain the Sora champion summon will follow at a later date.


World of Final Fantasy is now available for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita.

    Disney doesn’t want their property (yes Sora is owned by Disney also) seen in a game revolving around violence like Dissidia. It is also the main reason why Dissidia became a Final Fantasy game instead of being a game that was planned as an original Kingdom Hearts game brawler.

    They already tried to make a Kingdom Hearts cartoon and it never went anywhere. I doubt it will go anywhere if they tried again. Disney and anime have never been anything good for them, nor have they positively been liked overseas, prime example is “Stitch!”.

  • Weak. KH anime would be gold for people who have trouble with the story. It’d be like SW animated series. It’d go thru all the games in order of chronological.

    That is not true, Nomura was the one who said he was not comfortable having Disney characters fighting each other. Disney as always been very lenient with Square Enix
