Final Fantasy XIV Fan Festival in Europe sells out

Tickets sales for Final Fantasy XIV‘s Fan Festival in Europe have officialy sold out, Square Enix announced today. The final Fan Festival event is set to take place in Frankfurt, Germany from February 18 through February 19.

In October last year, producer/director Naoki Yoshida kicked off festivities in Las Vegas with the unveiling of the next Final Fantasy XIV expansion – Stormblood. Then in December, fans in Japan got a taste of the new Red Mage job along with the ability to swim, the next high end raid and other exciting features. Also announced was that Nobuo Uematsu would return to compose the main theme for Stormblood.

With the European Fan Festival on the horizon, fans can expect even more announcements as we near the expansion’s tentative release date of June 20. During the event attendees can take part in game challenges, developer panels, concerts and of course exclusive merchandise. For more information on Final Fantasy XIV Fan Festival, head here.

Final Fantasy XIV: Stormblood is due out for PC, PlayStation 4 and Mac on June 20, 2017. Pre-orders for the game go live on January 24.
