After taking a bit of a hiatus, it seems the Lightning Returns hype machine is ready to go once again.

A messaged appeared today across both the official Twitter and Facebook pages for the game stating:

“Hello everyone! The official LRFFXIII Facebook was on hiatus for a while but will resume as of today! From here on, producer Kitase and the advertisement team will publish a variety of information, please look forward to it! By the way, we are now in preparation for a full-scale launch! The day we can show you a new world is almost here, so please look forward to it!”

With 2013 just around the corner, it’s no surprise that Square Enix wants to start drumming up interest again. If you recall, a closed doors trailer was screened back at the 25th anniversary event, so hopefully that will be one of the things to come to light.
