Final Fantasy Type-0's localization has been on the table since 2010 if an employee's resume is to be believed.
Alongside his work for titles such as Crisis Core: FFVII, Nier, and Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: The Crystal Bearers, he has a listening for Final Fantasy Type-0 which has been in the works from "December 2010 to present."

As of today the Ultimate Hits version of Final Fantasy Type-0 is available for sale in Japan.
Of course, this means the download version has also dropped in price. Originally priced at ¥6,480, the PlayStation Network version of the game has dropped to a much more budget-friendly ¥2,100. Final Fantasy Type-0's English localization was nearly complete, if a source close to Operation Suzaku is to be believed.
“According to our source, who recorded voice-over for one of the characters in the game, at least 90% of the English localization is complete. The dubbing sessions took place in the last quarter of 2011, just after the release (October 27th) of Final Fantasy Type-0 in Japan. The entirety of the English dub recording is said to be complete.”

That harsh reality was reenforced at Tokyo Game Show, where several sources in and outside of Square Enix confirmed the continued non-existence of the game's localization. FINAL FANTASY Type-0 may be out in Japan, but a western release is still largely unknown.
UPDATE: The website in question has removed the Type-0 portion of their story.
According to an interview over at Vandal.net, that might be about to change.
Yoshinori Kitase, a producer on the game, has possibly (if there hasn't been anything lost in translation) revealed that localization on Type-0 is underway for North America and Europe. He says that details will be shared on that soon.
