Hajime Tabata is planning on adding even more menu-based content to Final Fantasy XV. Speaking with EntertainmentStation, the director mentioned plans to bring the traditional monster bestiary into the game.
The Japanese outlet asked if there were any plans for a monster bestiary-like item that would display an enemy’s weaknesses and dropped items. In reply Tabata said, “There are plans. As for when we’ll release it, please look forward to further information.”
So there you have it. In addition to a lengthy roadmap and a handful of paid DLC, Final Fantasy XV might see more quality of life changes along the way. Right now, however, you can check out the latest update which includes a free “Moogle Chocobo Carnival” event, including mini-games and other attractions for a limited time.
